We then match candidates to your team or product. Typically, since we have already pre-screened and matched, we only suggest one to three candidates. You can start with one of those candidates immediately, with the assurance that if things don't work out, we will try another candidate for free.
A Simple Process That Gets Results
Our placement process is simple. First, we need to get aligned with you on your project and existing team (if any). Get started with that by filling out our intake form. Don't worry about filling it out perfectly; we'll give you a call to flesh out the details.
Once we're aligned, allow our talent team 48 hours to review our talent pool. Filtering the talent pool only takes us minutes, but then we contact all of the top options and give them 48 hours to get back to us on whether or not they're be interested in what you're working on.
After we have their responses, we will give you our suggestion of the best choice. Usually there's just one best choice, but if we are unsure, we'll give you the option. The professional will be able to start right away, and there's no risk in trying them out because we offer switching for free.
