Our Vetting Process
Companies choose to work with our members because of our strict vetting process.
The vetting process has three stages, as described below.
1. Apply on the form below
Please be thorough and concise. We try to follow up with everyone who applies, but only about 30% of applicants make it to the next stage.
2. Skills Test & Test Project
We will need to verify your senior-level skill with both a skills test and a sample assignment. Each of these will be timed and take no more than 3 hours total.
3. Live Video Interview
If you've passed our skill qualifications, then we'll schedule a panel interview. Most of the interview will cover your past experiences and hypothetical situationas.
