Vettitude was born from the difficulty in finding freelancers with a passion for excellence.  Despite plenty of freelancer marketplaces making it very easy to hire and pay freelancers, the trade-off is the time to find the right fit.

In our experience, it's not just about skill-matching and rates.  It's about time and attention - How much of a hiring  manager's time does it take to screen, evaluate, and filter candidates? And how much time does it cost when the wrong hire is made, and the project needs to be delayed or even postponed?

Therefore, we created Vettitude. A network of pre-vetted freelancers.  The crème de la crème, so that our clients could rest assured that they wouldn't need to waste any time, and could get straight to business.

Our community is built by our talent scouts, who actively source only the top talent from freelancer marketplaces. Then, our talent review boards (a panel of experts for a specific field) interviews, evaluates, and decides whether or not to admit the member to our community.
